The most frustrating thing about having a 3D TV is that one has to wear those annoying and huge 3D glasses. These glasses are usually quite heavy and take away the experience of viewing 3D content on that, more often than not expensive 3D TV. For 2012, LG plans to fix that by unveiling a new range of trendy 3D glasses that include a pair of from well known eyewear designer, Alain Mikli. LG is set to launch three new glasses, which are the F310, the F320 and the Alain Mikli F360.
Stylish glasses available in a variety of colours
In an announcement LG claims that the F310 is characterized by its design that combines soft lines within a slim frame. These glasses have been curved in such a way that it accommodates a user’s face better. It weighs at just 13.5g and is 20 percent lighter than LG’s previous design. The next one is the F320, which are clip-on 3D glasses. These clip-on glasses are unique to 3D TVs based on Film Patterned Retarder (FPR) technology, which is at the heart of CINEMA 3D TV. They weigh 25 percent less at 5.5g, as compared to the previous model. The last one in the range from LG is the Alain Mikli F360 and it features half-rim frames that are sportier and weighs just 16g. LG is certainly making 3D glasses a lot stylish and hopefully other brands will unveil 3D glasses that look great. After all, what is a 3D TV without a pair of comfortable 3D glasses?
