The successor to the famous Cosmos gaming cabinet, CoolerMaster has just made the Cosmos II official and say that it will be available for €349.99 (approx. Rs.24,150), in the second half of January. The chassis is a combination of aluminium, steel and mesh for more durability and stability. It maintains its trademark Cosmos profile and outlook with its reinforced aluminium rails, while being further refined for today’s advancements in air/water cooling, peripheral support, and styling.
A stock Cosmos II supports a 360mm radiator in the top, plus, if you remove the bottom hard drive cages, this results in space for a 240mm radiator placed on its side. The chassis is also a full 20 percent larger, than its predecessor. It supports up to 13 hard drives and there’s plenty of room for 4-way SLI/CrossFireX. The included front panel connections and controls provide a user with the ability to make on-the-fly changes to fan speed and case LEDs while USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, and audio connections are also provided. This is topped off by two HDD/SSD X-docks in two 5.25-inch bays.
