Serious Sam 3: BFE out now

If you’re tired of all the military shooters flooding the market today or the hyper-realistic ones that restrict you to just two weapons, Serious Sam 3: BFE could be just what the doctor ordered. A sequel to developer Croteam’s no-holds barred first person shooter in which you literally mow down hundreds of enemies per level, is now available on Steam

Serious Sam 3 serves as a prequel to the first encounter taking place during Earth’s final struggle against Mental’s invading legions of beasts and mercenaries. Of course, Sam’s never real been about the story; pull the trigger and watch things go boom. Don’t believe us? Here’s the official description:
Eye for an eye
Eye for an eye

Serious Sam 3: BFE is a glorious throwback to the golden age of first-person shooters where men were men, cover was for amateurs and pulling the trigger made things go boom.

So the next time you think of taking cover behind an object in a game, we strongly suggest you check your manliness. Oh and in case you plan on picking this game up for the PC (the only platform it’s available for right now), here’s what you’ll require to run it:
