Kanguru launches new hardware encrypted flash drives

Kanguru has launched three new hardware encrypted flash drives - The Defender Basic, V2 and the Elite. The Defender Basic comes with 256-bit AES Hardware Encryption and one year of free onboard antivirus. Users have a limited number of invalid login attempts after which the drive locks itself. Also, unique electronic IDs are available.

The other two versions, the Defender V2 and the Defender Elite come with all these features, plus a few more. The Defender V2 is remote management ready and comes with a master password option with a strong password customization. The Defender Elite has all the aforementioned features, along with FIPS 140-2 certification and a tamper resistant design. These flash drives work on Windows, Mac and Linux and do not require software installation, or admin privileges.

Additionally, they have a Kanguru Defender External HDD as well.
