Siri can now help you play your piano

Siri has been in and out of the news for various reasons. From a legal update that allows it to be ported to the iPhone 4, to Google acknowledging the fact that it’s a game changer, whilst mentioning that they’re gearing up to get their own version of voice-based assistant as a competitor to voice controlled gaming. Now, there’s news that Siri can apparently assist in playing a piano! As reported by 9to5Mac, this clever ‘hack’ allows Siri to wirelessly transmit data to a wireless-enabled keyboard or piano, which further allows the device to play the music. In all certainty, Siri is just commanding the play/pause button to the song that is already stored in the piano’s memory, but still it seems pretty cool on video.

With this piano trick, Siri and the possibilities of its usage are pretty humungous. Head over to the video below to check out how they’ve managed to get Siri to play music via the piano. Till then we’ll try perfecting ‘Happy Birthday’ on the piano app on our 5.3 - inch Note.
